Agreed, but that's a separate task from the wiki re-organisation.

Someone just needs to evaluate how above could be done, write up a
proposal how things could work, post it to a proper mailing list for
discussion. When discussed and maybe developed further to be acceptable
for all affected groups FESCo will approve it (that's still FESCo work
currently afaics).
