Fedora 7 and enabling updates repositories at install time

Well, its not just networked installs, but http/ftp/nfs(non-iso), so basically 
all but nfs-iso, and well nfs-iso and CD/DVD with network enabled for things 
like VNC, but I digress.  I won't comment on what it would take to make this 
happen, I'll let the anaconda devs do that.

Seems somewhat reasonable.
