Yeah, I think it should be out, too (not just the minimal install, but
out of the Fedora Server spin in general)

The full dependency list for ImageMagick is huge .. part of the problem
is that the package contains stuff that makes sense on a server like
convert and things that don't, like display; but unless somebody has the
time and inclination to pick the package apart and turn it into two (or
more) that's not likely to improve.
