Yes, afref normal build "rpmbuild -ba <foo>.spec" you can additionaly
run "rpmbuild -bi --short-circuit <foo>.spec" and If it will exit with !
=0 <foo.spec> isn't --short-circuit compliant.
After perform --short-circuit test and save this test status it will be
good run additionaly "rpmbuild --clean <foo.spec" for remove all files
generated by --short-circuit test in %_tmppath.

Probably something around 10% current specs breaks --short-circuit.
