package files marked as documentation

Hi, I am striving to understand why in the mantis package (a php
application) most files are marked as documentation [1] though they
are not.
I am quite sure there isa stupid mistake in the spec file[1], but I'm
not able to locate it.

Any help appreciated.


[1] or ,at least, that's what "rpm -q --docfiles mantis" reports.
