Thursday releases (was Re: Fedora Rel-Eng Meeting Recap 2007-JUL-02)

Thursday is the target.  We thought of Tuesday, but more often than not we're 
not ready by Tuesday and would slip to Thursday anyway.  If we get done 
earlier, we just give mirrors more time to sync up.
