How to best report repo problems like unsigned or wrongly signed packages?

Hey all,
Someone on the fedora-list pointed out a problem with the latest cups
packages for FC6. They're signed with the rawhide gpg key. I
reported this in bugzilla[1], but I'm not sure that's the best way to
get the info to the right eyes. I don't think that the maintainer is
going to be able to fix the problem directly, so bugzilla is just an
extra step in getting the problem resolved. I tried to CC
rel-eng at fedoraproject.org, but bugzilla balked at that idea.
What's the proper way to report such problems? Should it be submitted
to the infrastructure ticket system?
