Okay. Now, why does package named "samba" use config file named "smb.conf"
instead of "samba.conf"?

Another example is package named "sysklogd" using "syslog.conf" instead of
"sysklokd.conf" (2 letter difference). Can't you see, how hollow your argument
is? People expect the config to be "syslog.conf", if it's only in
"syslog.conf" format, no matter, what the package name is this week.
