Reproduced.  But if kernel-PAE-debug is already installed, a subsequent "yum 
install kmod-em8300-PAE-debug" succeeds for me.

I don't remember hearing about these dependency problems before in the FE-6 
repo.  PAE-debug has been enabled and IIRC unchanged in the em8300-kmod 
package since March 15 (kernel 2.6.20-1.2925.fc6).
