Unwanted RPM dependencies

The issue of this Thread was the dependency hell on fedora-logos....
which needs X and other libs as dependency which means:

Install dozens of unneeded packages.

Then this discussion drifted to: We don't need this because on F8 we
will have "Better Boot" which is intendend to disable the output of
grub, which then resulted into:

As long as we have an option to switch back the default behavior i am on
this. 

Now, for this:

If we remove the grub graphics from the fedora-logos file we either
should have fedora-logos-grub as a subpackage from fedora-logos (which
resolves also the dependency issue for server installations)

Or we leave everything with a ugly grub default menu. I am asking again,
what would be so bad about a small subpackage with a small file in it?
