To Require yelp or not to require yelp

Doesn't this remind a bit like the ten year old "Windows needs
Explorer" issues, only now "Fedora needs Firefox"?

Maybe firefox should be split into libs and non-libs? yelp only needs
libgtkembedmoz.so, libxpcom.so, libxpcom_core.so and gecko-libs, not
firefox itself.

Requiring yelp only because an app ships a yelp file is like requiring
evince for shipping pdf docu or firefox for shipping html docu.
