Hrm, Perhaps I slightly misunderstood what koji was doing with the group info,
but this still happens behind the scenes and is managed by koji itself. The
repodata that koji creates has the buildsys-build group information as well,
so perhaps the creation of the buildsys-build package is a carryover from
early iterations of koji.
