random comments about secondary arch proposal

Primary arch definition: need to make sure that part of the
responsibility is that individual maintainers are required to make sure
their stuff builds on all those arches.
Three team members seems arbitrary (and it is, based on discussions.)
Need to allow bootstrapping with one guy if that's at all possible and
then measure if there's growth. Would rather allow trial and failure
for these secondary arches instead of not letting things even get off
the ground. (Old adage: the hardest part is just getting started.)
Hold meetings on IRC but also report to fesco and the board on some kind
of a regular basis.
Have to have a place to host downloads (for now) as well as machines to
host build env. Mostly a resource problem. SEND MORE NETAPPS.
"Secondary architectures will need to provide their own file storage.
Mirrors can choose whether they wish to mirror secondary architectures
on an arch-by-arch basis." - that's not clear given my previous
statement?
That's about it.
