I looked through the historical FE-ExcludeArch-ppc bugs and posted a
bunch more examples a few days ago too.
It actually seems to be _more_ common to find it's really a generic bug,
than it is to find it's arch-specific. That's why I so strongly oppose
just shipping the packages anyway when the build fails on some arch it
used to work on. It's a _really_ bad idea.
