Official presto repositories for Rawhide

  Not that deltarpm's are not a great idea - but just wondering - rsync does a 
decent job save for the server load - I wonder if the rsync server can be 
taught to calc whatever it needs on demand - ie once - and cache it. Then yum 
could just use rsync?
