user created at install added in sudoers ?

It's super convenient.  I (or others I trust) can do root stuff without
having to log in as root, or remember root's password, or give roots
password to another user.

It also means that I only run stuff as root that I mean to.  Instead of
having to log in as root (or su -) and then running everything as root I
can just run the things that root needs to do.  For example, when you
compile software, you can compile everything as the user and then 'sudo
make install' to do the final step.

It's the first thing I configure now when I install a new system.
