user created at install added in sudoers ?

We specifically settled on 'su -c' because we couldn't count on the
existence of a properly configured sudoers file.  We even have a simple
sudo how-to that we were going to put in front as a "requirement", but
the chance that someone is dropping in to a document via Google is too
great to have any kind of enforceable requirements.

If there were a reliable sudo situation, I doubt there would be any
objection to adjusting the docs to use the superior method.
