User directories integration - request for help

There is already a lanugage changer. Just run "xdg-user-dirs-update
--force". Its what the login app do.

However, the dialog was added for the quite common case where you log in
english first, and then switch to your "real" locale. We could of course
disable this dialog, but then a lot of people would end up with english
directories because they didn't know how to invoke the "language
change" (or in fact, that such a thing existed at all).
