Yes, we should do this for Fedora 8. It will have the side effect of
silencing a whole lot of complainers on this list. And we can actually
do this now in a sane way since we have a sane entity for tracking
logins.

KPowersave I think. And I absolutely think it supports CPU freq scaling
since the author of KPowersave wrote the HAL addon (Holger Macht of
SUSE).
