FC-6 NetworkManager needs some love

On that topic, NetworkManager in FC6 is still suffering from the
regression which broke it in FC4-updates -- it's asking for a user's
password every time it needs the system's WEP key.

It's got worse in rawhide -- it's now asking for that password after
every suspend/resume cycle.
