Those are intended to be final bug-fix releases.  The 2.3.6 release was
special, and there may or may not be any such corresponding release for 2.4
when 2.6 is out.  If a serious security vulnerability is found, then there
may well be another release.  So, most likely, they have received thier
final maintenance.
