Reliable rpm database corruption with rawhide

I'm pretty reliably getting rpm database corruption when installing new 
packages on a freshly installed system:

rpmdb: page 50: illegal page type or format
rpmdb: PANIC: Invalid argument

error, run database recovery
error: error(-30977) getting "/usr/bin/python" records from Requirename 
index

This has happened for at least three installs over the last couple of 
months.  As anyone else seen this?

I'm off to run some memory tests, but I haven't seen any other messages 
in the logs and my disk looks pretty good.
