Making beagle optional

Right, as that's defined by the default packages for a "normal" install.
It's just as available to install afterwards[1].

[1] One of the things I want to at least consider for F8 is how to do
somewhat of a "hybrid" live install... where you get the live image and
can then add any packages that you want or remove packages.  Or maybe it
doesn't make sense to do that and people should just run pirut after
rebooting into the installed system.  I can really go both ways about
this
