kernel debuginfo packages for rawhide

I suspect it won't as it's confused by packages like glibc where the
root to debuginfo name mapping is not conventional (and IIRC kernel was
in the same case)

Not too difficult to fix manually, and an order of magnitude less
annoying than the previous situation. Thank you for your work!
