Orphaning gnome-ppp

I'm orphaning gnome-ppp. gnome-ppp is a little tiny GTK2 frontend to
wvdial. The program's homepage disappeared and the author told me he
stopped further development.

If anybody wants to step in and pick up the package feel free to do so.
The package has no known bugs except https://bugzilla.redhat.com/240647
(broken URL in description)

If no one objects I will officially orphan this package in one week from
now.
