Just tried with a patched 2.6.22-rc3 kernel.  The message I saw was:

hash matches drivers/base/power/resume.c:57

I'd already put iwl3945 in /etc/pm/config.d/unload_modules.

Anyway, I'll put this in

which is where I first reported the problem.
