You could submit a patch to do this then and get any other relevant
packages reviewed, included and then request Fedora Infrastructure team
to run new create repo for the Fedora devel as soon as we move beyond
Fedora 7. I don't think letting the package connect to a different repo
by default is desirable. That doesn't scale.
