There's evidence to suggest that Oversee.net is merely a shell company
for Name King, who does the domain kiting and parking on their behalf:

find anyone there worth talking to ( http://www.theupsstore.com ).
OTOH 515 S. Flower Street is a real address, which is an office complex;
home to quite a few lawyers, building contractors, and (ironically) the
Los Angeles Police Foundation:
