libdvdread soname bump heads up

Libdvdnav-4.1.1 (which builds libdvdread, too) is hitting rawhide.
And only rawhide for now.

Libdvdread and libdvdnav development has been taken over by a new
upstream (one of MPlayer developers). The current release contains
libdvdread.so.4 instead of libdvdread.so.3 in old 0.9.x series.

Affected packages: dvdauthor, k3b, lsdvd and python-kaa-metadata.
Please rebuild and check if they still work properly. I'm not expecting
any problems.

The old libdvdread will be marked as dead.package shortly.
