are you (fedora devels) using fluendo codecs?

I was always wondered about such problem. I have seen several
proprietary apps fail to run on selinux enforcing mode. Is it possible
for a third party to install a supplementary package to fix/modify the
selinux policy file so that their apps work? some thing like the
conf.d in apache or yum.repo.d in yum  that those apps throw their
configuration file on install time and remove it when it is uninstall
ed very easily?
