File conflicts, how do they work at that point?

Not all bugs are simple, several line patches.  It often takes a while
to define the proper solution and then implement it.  I would like to
believe that many people filing bugs realize this.

You must know that most people don't yum install '*' and as such,
don't run into some of these issues, right? :)
