IMHO no.
It renders the primary purpose of "testing" absurd: "testing" packages
for "updates" (testing == volatile, scratch, ... irrelevant)
What matters, is packages which are being pushed from "testing" to
"updates" containing appropriate EVRS at the very moment they are being
pushed.
