/tftpboot vs. /var/tftp vs. something else?

Just my opinion, but I think /srv/tftp makes sense.  /srv/* isn't
owned by any rpm packages (that I know of) so just creating top-level
directories should be ok.  I thought /srv was for serving out content.
 I think tftp serves out content.   I know some people dislike /srv
all-together, but it's seems like it's here, we should use it.
