Should that be something that yum does or something particular to an
upgrade and should just be a noted in the wiki?
Are you ever going to have stuff in the post install scripts of
selinux-policy that must be completed before other packages can get
updates cleanly?
I suppose the kernel gets special treatment by yum so there is some
precident for particular important packages.
