Install hang on a Dell PowerEdge SC1430

Yes, there was a known issue with F7, but I *thought* we had gotten this
fixed for F8. There is a kernel cmdline workaround for it on F7, might
be the same problem for F8. Add "edd=skipmbr" to the boot options.
