Should "yum install" be case sensitive?

Is it becoming slower if using bash-completion? I think it can handle
case well. And in PackageKit 1.4 release-notes it says "New features:
- Install the bash completion file so it works by default (Richard
Hughes)". see http://hughsient.livejournal.com/48043.html
