Multiarch conflicts on devel packages with %doc files

What differs between the files on the 2 arches?  Any chance there are
timestamps?  Oh, yeah:

      "Generated at Wed Jan 31 13:22:54 2007 by ..."

you might want to supress that or filter it out; it'll cause the files
to have different checksums.
