script to get multiarch rpms on single arch

Hello,

Here is a quick and dirty script that allows to test multiarch conflicts
on non multiarch platforms by doing a koji scratch build, getting the
results, running multilib-cmp.py available at
http://katzj.fedorapeople.org/multilib-cmp.py
and then unpacking the rpms for manual diffs.
