Possibility of inclusion of a "kde-desktop-effects" version in compiz

Do you remember the name of that tool? AFAIK suse also includes 
compiz-manager, eg see: http://en.opensuse.org/Compiz-Fusion

Maybe this is fusion-icon? But that has no official release, yet.
