Packaging httrack

I am trying to package HTTrack (http://www.httrack.com/) for Fedora.
Among other things, its upstream versioning is a kind of strange. eg.,
the versions are 3.41 -> 3.41-2 -> 3.41-3 and so on. See

So what should be the Fedora NEVRA? Would httrack-3.41.3-1 be fine?

I could not find much in
