Why don't we have a themed "Screen Locked" anymore?

I just did it as well and the theme didn't change at all here.. just
plain default (ugly)

Exactly what i'm wondering.. i'm confused that someone can get
confused by that ^_-
Will there be any changes for this in Fedora 8?
