I am not in a position to fix them. ACLs, conventions

Won't help any of the packages, because they would still BR the wrong
versions. i.e. these packages would not survive a rebuild without manual
intervention.

Non-applicable without epoch bump or rel-eng intervening.

The devel packages would Conflict in any case, because the OSG-devel
packages can't be made installable in parallel without major effort.

I didn't say it wasn't solvable. 

I was hoping for ways to avoid the epoch bump, or the maintainers of the
packages above would have the insight to acknowledge their packages to
be dead rsp. them to upgrade them to OSG2. 

To me, it doesn't make real sense to keep them.
