Are you looking for the devhelp package?  I'm still downloading the
F8test2 Development spin, but on my F7 box, that's what I primarily use
for quickly finding things like GNOME API descriptions.  I perpetually
find myself needing the docs while coding since I don't do it as often
as I'd like.
