Why my rhythmbox can not import some mp3?

yes, i got ugly plugins from livna:

gstreamer-plugins-ugly-0.10.6-1.lvn8.i386

yes, i just test the F7 version:

gstreamer-plugins-ugly-0.10.5-2.lvn7.i386.rpm
