rel-eng can block  ocaml-lablgl  from dist-f8 I think.

If not, it can be worked around with a dummy-build (i.e. build an
empty ocaml-lablgl update without any BR ocaml*).

And yes, one can break the buildroot with such Provides as you
mention.
