[Long] Do we need a font SIG ?

Please note that the fonts wanted by the art team don't need large 
locale coverage, they are not intended for documents or graphic 
interfaces, but mostly for fancy graphics, like a logo made with GIMP or 
such, so I don't think that should be a blocker for adding a font (in a 
non-default package).
