wiki/ScreenCasting fedora-av-splice.sh needs update

Hi,

I recorded a screencast the other day and want to merge the audio and
video.  I followed http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/ScreenCasting but the
audio-video merge script -- fedora-av-splice.sh -- doesn't work on my F7
box.  Can someone who knows gstreamer please update it?
