I have no idea.  Caillon added ExcludeArch on those on the 5th of this
month, but no comments around it or changelog entry.  But cvslog shows:

date: 2007/09/05 18:57:33;  author: caillon;  state: Exp;  lines: +1 -1
xptcall not implemented on ppc? ExcludeArch for now

Whether or not that has been fixed is unknown.  But unless we're going
to allow for software to build against xul on x86 and
firefox on ppc(64) we can't go forward with this package.
