[RFC] /var versus /srv

If it's not needed/used by the system remove it PERIOD!

Is Fedora hatching M$ admins now if it's not there for them
they cant create it, let the admins or the people that use it
manually create the directory. just in case
admins have forgotten it man mkdir ....
