Executive summary:

No new guidelines this week.

The Python Eggs guidelines don't seem to have been discussed by FESCo
last week, so they're carried over.

There are no new issues pending FESCo ratification.

Miscellaneous business:

There was some on-list discussion regarding virtual provides for the
TeX distribution packages which carried over slightly into the IRC
meeting.
